Week 1: A Call to Grow



In module 1 we explore the signs life is showing you that change is needed. We take a snapshot of your life as it is, to identify where you'd like to focus your attention on inviting positive change.

Week 2: Knowing What You Want

 

In module 2, you will clarify what you truly want and desire from life. Then you'll take a deep dive into your values in order to see where your life is in alignment with your values and where there are imbalances, in order to make values-led decisions and move forward in a more purposeful and meaningful way.

Weeks 3-4: Defining Your Goals and Creating a Vision of Your New Future



Knowing what you want is the start of working towards a new future, but it's also important to consider what happens when you get there. The bigger meaning and "why" behind what you want to achieve and what it's going to give or get for you. We are going to start with the end in mind and use the power of your subconscious mind to commit to this vision and bring it to life. 

Weeks 5-8: Clearing the Path 


Whenever we make changes in our life, we will always "bump up against" our stuff. It's important to know how to navigate through perceived obstacles and the challenges that arise on a journey of discovery and growth. In this module, you'll really start to understand all the programming and conditioning you have carried with you thus far and use some amazing tools to help you "re-wire" the parts of your mind that don't serve who you are now and who you want to become. 

In this module you explore everything from fear of the unknown, fear of failure, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, limiting beliefs...and more. All the while, you are building a self-coaching toolbox to take with you into your new future. 

Weeks 9-10: Getting Out of Your Own Way


In weeks 9 and 10, you'll understand how some of your thoughts, habits and behaviours can unknowingly sabotage your results. You will learn all my top tips on how to get out of the way, in other words - how to let your new future unfold in the way that it is meant to and in the way that is completely right for you. When we make changes in our life, there are often things we have to let go of to make space for new and wonderful things and it's important to know how to navigate through this uncomfortable, yet incredibly rewarding, stage of growth and transformation. 

Weeks 11-12: Your New Future 

In this final module, you will reflect on how you've grown and transformed throughout the program, celebrate your successes and then plan for the future. You will identify any gaps that need to be closed and make an action plan to ensure you take continued inspired action moving forward. 

I will give you all my top tips on keeping yourself accountable, maintaining a healthy mindset and navigating change.
